At Yiwucart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide smooth return and refund services for retail buyers. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return request.
🔁 Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns are available for retail orders only.
- Custom products, used/opened items, or bulk purchases are not eligible for return.
📦 How to Request a Return
- Contact us via support@yiwucart.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Wait for our confirmation email with the return instructions and return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- For customer-initiated returns (e.g. change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal, credit card).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
❗ Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund quickly.
