At Yiwucart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide smooth return and refund services for retail buyers. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return request.


🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are available for retail orders only.
  • Custom products, used/opened items, or bulk purchases are not eligible for return.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via support@yiwucart.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Wait for our confirmation email with the return instructions and return address.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • For customer-initiated returns (e.g. change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal, credit card).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund quickly.
