At Yiwucart, we would like to kindly remind our global customers that China has several major public holidays throughout the year. During these holidays, our operations may be affected due to factory closures, logistics delays, and coordination challenges with various partners. However, we still accept orders online during all holidays.
📅 Major Chinese Holidays
- Chinese New Year (Spring Festival): Around late January to mid-February. The longest holiday with 20 days off on average.
- National Day Holiday (Golden Week): October 1–5 (5 days off).
- Labor Day (May Day): May 1–5 (5 days off).
- Qingming Festival (Tomb-Sweeping Day): Early April (3 days off).
- Mid-Autumn Festival: Usually September (3 days off).
- New Year's Day: January 1 (3 days off).
🚚 Order Processing During Holidays
- Our website remains open for orders 24/7 during holidays.
- Order processing, packing, and shipping may be delayed due to warehouse and courier closures.
- Return, exchange, and customer service response times may be slower than usual.
- Normal operations will resume right after the public holiday ends.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these periods. Our team will do our best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible once business resumes.
