Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please follow the steps below for returns and refunds. Costs and responsibilities are clearly stated where applicable.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Used/installed items or items with missing parts
  • Safety/hygiene-sensitive products once opened
  • Final-sale or clearance items (if marked at purchase)

Step-by-Step Returns (RMA)

Step 1 — Contact us within 30 days
Email support@yiwucart.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the issue (at least one photo showing the shipping label if damaged in transit).

Step 2 — Approval & RMA instructions
We will reply within 2 business days with return authorization (RMA) and packing/labeling guidance.

Step 3 — Ship the item back within 14 days
Use a trackable service and share the tracking number with us. Pack securely with all accessories and original packaging.
Cost responsibility:
• Customer pays return shipping if the reason is buyer’s remorse, ordering error, or no quality issue.
• YiwuCart pays return shipping if we sent the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or a quality defect is confirmed.

Step 4 — Customs declaration for international returns
Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid duties.
Cost responsibility:
• If duties/taxes occur due to an incorrect declaration, they will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
• If duties/taxes are charged despite correct labeling, they may still be deducted unless caused by our error.

Step 5 — Return address & receiving
Unless otherwise instructed in your RMA email, please send to:

Please write your order number and RMA number inside the parcel.

Step 6 — Inspection & refund
After our warehouse confirms the item is returned in good condition and complete, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/card provider may take an additional 5–15 business days to post the credit.
Cost responsibility:
• Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• If accessories/manuals are missing or the item is used/damaged beyond evaluation needs, a reasonable deduction may apply.

Step 7 — Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For faster service, please place a new order after your refund is issued.

Packing & Responsibility

  • Returns must include all accessories and the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us; use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
  • Merchandise that is excessively worn/used/altered or maliciously damaged will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once packing and shipping have started, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
