Shipment and Delivery

Total delivery time = Order Processing (Lead Time) + Shipping Time (Transit).

Order Processing Time (Lead Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Origin

All products are shipped directly from our main warehouse in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.

Shipping Regions & Methods

Key Regions (United States, Europe, Australia and 60+ supported countries)

  • Orders ≥ USD 100: Free Express Shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or EMS
    Transit time: 5–7 business days  |  Total delivery time: 6–10 business days
  • Orders < USD 100: USD 10 flat rate via Express (FedEx/UPS/DHL/EMS)
    Transit time: 5–7 business days  |  Total delivery time: 6–10 business days

Other Regions (Asia, Middle East, Africa, South America and 160+ supported countries)

  • Orders ≥ USD 200: Free Standard Shipping via China Post or ePacket
    Transit time: 20–30 business days  |  Total delivery time: 21–33 business days
  • Orders < USD 200: USD 20 flat rate via Standard Post (China Post/ePacket)
    Transit time: 20–30 business days  |  Total delivery time: 21–33 business days

Special Free Shipping Products

Some selected items are marked “Free Shipping” on their product pages. These items always ship free of charge worldwide from our Yiwu warehouse.

  • Transit time: 5–7 business days via Express + 1–3 days processing
  • Total delivery time: 6–10 business days

Additional Notes

  • A signature may be required for Express shipments.
  • Remote areas, oversized, or heavy items may incur a surcharge (we will inform you before dispatch).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you to track your parcel online.

Taxes & Duties

For many destinations we may offer DDP (duties & taxes prepaid). If DDP is unavailable, local import duties/taxes may apply. We will inform you before shipment.
