We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free. We may correct or update information without prior notice. All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or a refund. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Duties

Shipping options, estimated transit times, and reference fees are displayed at checkout and described on our Shipping Policy page. For many destinations, we ship on a DDP (duties & taxes paid) basis. If DDP is not available, you may be responsible for local import duties/taxes. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return instructions, eligibility, and processing times are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For international returns, parcels should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value.” Any import duties or taxes resulting from incorrect customs declarations may be deducted from your refund.

7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide you access to third-party tools and links over which we have no control. You acknowledge that we provide such tools “as is” and without warranties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content, and we disclaim liability for your use of third-party sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination (such as payment obligations).
